Phoebus and Seraphine hail from the south of France. Phoebus has trained dragons all his life which is why he's got all those scars. He is also very mature and mellow ^^ Seraphine, in comparison to him, is more immature, fiery and mischievous than he is. Phoebus treats Seraphine a bit like a daughter.
Sera's spots and 'feelers' glow like lava, they're warm to touch too. Suprisingly, she loves swimming, even though she hates being cold.
Also, Phoebus uses her fire manipulation skills to roast marshmallows.
