NOCT Masquerade: Arcadia

Since I've had the idea for the Masked Ball a month ago, I wanted to draw Arcadia's outfit. Now since I've done Aerin and Shane's outfits, I felt like I should complete the trio, so here we are, a rough sketch I did in about an hour
Don't ask me why Volcarona, I had my reasons for it at 2:00 this morning but they've long since left my brain.
